Studio MW consults with a restaurant franchise in Colorado and was recently commissioned to draft a couple of simple schematic models for a new ground-up restaurant out of state. One model shows a design based on high mountain timber lodges while the second recalls the forms and materials of a small mountain town.

Wheelock Construction installed this beautiful sun shade to protect the musicians and their instruments. The colorful brick veneer is being installed at the Brandt residence. The brick wall with archways was a key feature desired by the homeowner and adds warmth to the home.

The stained concrete floors add warmth, visual and thermal, to the living spaces at the Brandt Home. The color is a rich, rust to store the solar gain and blend with the existing stained alder and natural beetle kill pine. Can’t wait to see it all come together with the brick!

Beautiful blues, reds and golds begin to add warmth to the Brandt Residence. The exterior siding will darken over the next several months to rich grey, while the interior paneling will be left natural. With time it, the deeper golden colors will come through to contrast the blues.
